HOW DOES THE PAYROLL SERVICE WORK?

We keep it simple. You select the talent and crew the way you always did. We’ll provide you with a free supply of Falcon Enrollment and Payment agreements to be completed at the session or shoot.

At the end of a session, send the completed forms to our Columbus service center.

When we receive the report, we’ll calculate the taxes, contributions, union H&R, agent commissions and other applicable items and Promptly send an single invoice for the project. You can choose to receive invoices via mail, fax or email. When we receive payment from you, we go to work processing all the payments and reports – but your job is done.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

It can vary according to a number of factors. Are the employees talent or crew? Is the job union or non-union? How much commission is the talent agent charging? The cost can also vary depending on state employer tax contributions, lodging, travel, wardrobe, union H&R / P&W, reimbursements and other variables. There is never a charge for cost estimates. WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? 

Payment to talent or crew can be due anywhere from 15 to 30 days from job date. Federal law, state law or union regulations determine the due dates on our invoices to ensure that employees are paid on time.
